Durable Goods Orders: U.S. January durable goods orders fell 5.2% compared to the consensus of a drop of 3.0%; U.S. January durable goods orders, excluding transportation fell 2.5% in January U.S. Durable goods orders, excluding defense fell 2.3% in December U.S. durable goods orders revised down by 4.6% compared a decrease of 3.0%.
New Home Sales:
U.S. home sales in January fell 10.2% to 309k compared to consensus of 325 K; U.S. Home Sales in December revised to 344K 331K.
